Program Structure

Orientation (Week 1)

Introduction to The Oxygen Business and its values. Overview of the program's structure and expectations. Ice-breaking and team-building activities.

Program Commences (Week 2-5 )

Weekly workshops covering various business disciplines (marketing, finance, operations, etc.). Hands-on projects to apply theoretical knowledge.

Apprenticeship (Weeks 2-10)

Participants are paired with mentors within the organization. Work on real business projects, applying skills learned during training. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions with mentors.
