To facilitate networking opportunities with industry experts and fellow apprentices.
Orientation (Week 1)
Introduction to The Oxygen Business and its values. Overview of the program's structure and expectations. Ice-breaking and team-building activities.
Program Commences (Week 2-5 )
Weekly workshops covering various business disciplines (marketing, finance, operations, etc.). Hands-on projects to apply theoretical knowledge.
Apprenticeship (Weeks 2-10)
Participants are paired with mentors within the organization. Work on real business projects, applying skills learned during training. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions with mentors.
Mid-Program Review (Week 6)
Evaluation of progress and skill development. Opportunity for participants to discuss challenges and goals.
(Throughout the Program):
Attend conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Build a professional network within and outside the organization.
Final Projects (Week 11)
Independent or group projects showcasing skills and creativity.
Presentation of final projects to mentors and program leaders.
Graduation and Certification (Week 12)
Recognition of successful completion of the program. Award of certificates and potential opportunities for full-time roles within The Oxygen Business.
